I got a job in the local shop where I saved every penny to buy a pair of decks of a mate of mine who went by the name the Baptist.. technics and a soundlab belt belt driven decks..they done me for a few years until I could afford 1210s..
I remember the day walking into sounds around capel street and bringing my baby’s home.. summer of 2000. Since then haven’t looked back.. I’ve played a few radio stations.. fun fm crystal fm and of course the best NOW FM..
I’ve supported some of Dublin’s finest acts as well as some international names in the clubs I’ve played in… radio city the cavern the vaults voodoo lounge zagloba the old shanty and a load of private functions..
I like to play more underground oldskool.. stay away from the stereotypical choons.. a certain dj whose a household name was cursing me because I played 4 tunes that he had line up in his set at a gig in December.. we had a laugh about it..
I never thought that 1 day 1 of of dj influences would be cursing me.. these are the things ya appreciate.. so to sum things up I’m an oldskool dj with a passion for djing
